Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and shipped by our tiny but mighty Shy Company team. Most items ship within three to five business days. If we are on the road for shows or releasing new merch, processing times may take a little longer, but we always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location. Once your package is handed off, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey home to you.

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within fourteen days of delivery and we will fix it.
