Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to love everything you order from Shy Company. If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within fourteen days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
All sales of apparel, accessories, and made to order items are final. We’re a small independent band running everything ourselves, so we can’t offer returns or exchanges for sizing or preference issues at this time.
